Georgetown Writing Desk
Georgetown Writing Desk Review: This desk w
ent together very easily. It’s fairly sturdy, though it will wobble just a bit if you push on it. I recommend it for light home use. The photo really doesn’t do it justice. It looks like a much more expensive piece. My only advice would be to have a piece of glass cut to cover the desktop,(I had one made for less than $40), as the finish will scratch easily.
Also, do not use furniture polish or any other liquid cleaner on this, as it WILL make the finish appear cloudy & smudged. If that happens, you’ll need to wipe it down with a damp cloth until it dries to a shine again. The best way to keep it looking nice is to use dry dusting cloths only (like Swiffer).
