Heirloom Letter And Legal size Lateral File Cabinet Review: This lateral file is as pretty as it looks in the picture but it came damaged. One of the handles was broken off. They could/would not send a replacement because it is not something the customer assembles. So they gave me a partial refund which didn’t come close to recovering the cost of replacing all four handles. My only other choice was sending the whole darn thing back. That is why I gave it a four instead of a five.
