But it still looks great! I ended up missing a washer, but that was ok, because of the way that it was put together, the leather is protected. Also, I thought it was going to be longer and a little taller, but that’s alright. It’s a great storage addition if you’re looking for something for behind the couch, at the end of the bed.

Global Distinctions Storage Bench Review: The bench was easy to assemble and looks nice if you don’t look super close. The finishing is of mediocre quality but more than sufficient for the price and utility. There is an odor inside the storage compartment that is unpleasant. I hoped to put guest linens in it but can only store dog-bed linens and dog towels! Fortunately you can’t smell it when the bench is closed. A bit disappointing not to be able to store the things I intended. Also, I ordered brown and it appears nearly black to me.
Global Distinctions Storage Bench Review: This is perfect for what I needed it for. It is exactly as described, and a great deal for the price. It is a nice vinyl product that is very similar to leather which feels nice. It opens properly and has enough storage and it is sturdy when you sit on it. It is not big and somewhat low to the ground which is what I wanted. I am very pleased with it.
Global Distinctions Storage Bench Review: I was looking for a dark brown ottoman that had a decent storage capacity and this it it. It arrived with no tears, dents or blemishes. It is comfortable enough to sit on and classy enough to leave out in the open. The buyer needs to screw on the legs with the hardware provided. I use it for storing blankets and kids toys. Ottoman is slightly darker than picture. I would recommend.
