Home builder sells excess furniture
Tempe-based home builder T.W. Lewis is getting rid of items from model homes that have sold and has opened a showroom on the northwestern corner of Arizona Avenue and Elliot Road.
“We pretty much have everything you would expect in a furniture store, from furniture to accessories to designer bedding sets,” said Tracy Lucas, the builder’s director of marketing.
Many pieces are high-end but discounted from their original prices.
The store has sectionals, beds, area rugs, pillows, lamps, silk plants, art work and chaise lounges.
When T.W. Lewis sells one of its models, the buyer gets first chance at the furniture.
