Garden furniture sales up 75% at John Lewis
Last week’s hot weather may have caused overall sales at John Lewis to dip but the outdoor living section had a record week. Store sales for the week to May 10 dropped 4.3 per cent on last year to ￡47 million, while garden furniture and accessories sales were up 75 per cent.
